Xiao Wenlin：Associate Professor, Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University: From the entries in this year, it is better at large than last year. It has a better grasp on both fashion and technique. And I would give some views to competition for the existing problems. Students need some professional guidance, because there are no fur course in most China’s design college. Secondly, participator need more market understanding except for good innovation. 
Feng Yuefei：Chief Designer, Beijing Yuanlong Fur & Leather Co., Ltd.: Companies need new designer every year while the fresh designers understand fur little. Students draw a beautiful design sketch, but don’t know how to accomplish it in fur. Through this professional competition, students can know the fur design and technique. This experience is good for student’s job application and the company is willing to cooperate with competition and design college to promote fur.
Diao Mei：Chief Designer, Hebei Huasi Industrial Group Co., Ltd.: With the rapid development, the fur industry gives more opportunity to designers. I am gratified for this as a teacher and a designer. Being a new designer, you should devote to, work hard and practise in this field. These 3 points are quite important to a new designer. Only in this way, you can serve for the industry and do some things for its development.
