All Decoration Forms must be returned to the Organizer directly before the DEAD LINE 30 November 2008. A 30% surcharge will be imposed on any on-site order on furniture and electrical appliances.

All orders must be accompanied by full remittance. Orders without remittance will not be entertained . Please kindly fax the telegraphic transfer receipt (with the company name and booth number) to (86-10) 64283382 to confirm the order .

No hammering of nails, drilling or punching on wall partitions is permitted. All items are on rental basis only and exhibitors must not make any damage/loss during the period of rental.

All electrical installation are to be carried out by the Official Contractor only.

No MULTIPLUG ADAPTOR is allowed to be used within on site.

All electricity power point installed are for appliance use only, not for lighting. If exhibitors or non-official contractors bring their own spotlight/fluorescent tubes for booth decoration, they must submit all lighting distribution details and pay the lighting con nec tion charges to the Official Contractor.

Connectors or joints and wiring from the power point to their exhibits/machinery are to be provided by exhibitors.

Opening tops of the booths should not be covered with any materials.
