Notice on Preparatory Meeting for Participation in the 36th China Fur & Leather Product Fair
Distinguished exhibitors,
In a bid to better offer the industry high-caliber convention & exhibition services and build the 36th China Fur & Leather Product Fair into a featured convention & exhibition platform for domestic and overseas fur & leather organizations and enterprises to establish images, explore markets, construct networks and do business, the 36th China Fur & Leather Product Fair is scheduled for a fresh appearance at China National Conference Center (CNCC) six months later.
Located in the core area of the Olympic Park in Beijing, adjacent to the main venues for the Beijing 2008 Olympics-Bird’s Nest and Water Cube, and with convenient transportation and perfect peripheral services, CNCC is an idea venue catering to the positioning need of CFLPF.
To enable the industry to learn about the new venue and the new edition of CFLPF and better solicit exhibitors’ needs and opinions, the preparatory meeting for participation in the 36th China Fur & Leather Product Fair is set to be held in Beijing from August 25 to 27, 2009, which will involve:
Ø Announcement of the schedule for the 36th China Fur & Leather Product Fair;
Ø Announcement of the principle for booth allocation for the 36th CFLPF and the first round of booth allocation;
Ø Announcement of the competition system for the 6th Fur & Leather Fashion Design Contest;
Ø Announcement of the organization plan for the 2010 Fur & Leather Industry Forum;
Ø Ceremony for the launch of the magazine <<Fushion>>;
Ø Announcement of the advertisement booking plan for CNCC;
Ø Visit to CNCC and the auxiliary facilities, inspection of the core area of the Olympic Park and the peripheral star hotels, etc.
We sincerely invite you to participate in the meeting on a voluntary basis, meeting charge: RMB 2,800 per person (including expense for board and lodging, expense for meeting materials and inspection expense, and excluding expense for intercity and intra-city transportation).

If you propose to participate in the Meeting, please fax the acknowledgement of receipt (see the Appendix) to the organizing committee before July 31 to facilitate the arrangement of board and lodging.
